Dear Sirs and Madams,
We are all witnesses of and participants in the major development of commercial centres throughout Croatia. Developers, investors, users, financiers, architects and a whole range of other professionals that participate in the development of such centres encounter a large number of complex legal, spatial-planning, architectural, infrastructural, financial and other business issues. One of these issues is certainly the issue of spatial planning. Frequently, it is spatial planning that determines whether or not the commercial centre will even be successfully implemented, and under which conditions this is to happen. Therefore, by organising this seminar, we have decided to give this issue the attention it merits. The speakers at this business seminar include Ms. Ana Mrak Taritaš, B. Arch., head of department at the Ministry of Environmental Protection, Spatial Planning and Construction, and Mr. Antun Diklić, B. Arch., Studio X.
